Ken Phillips, Atty at LawKen Phillips is a 2007 graduate of the Nashville School of Law in Nashville, Tennessee, and was admitted to the practice of law in the courts of the State of Tennessee in that same year. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Sumner County Bar Association.
Mr. Phillips was a paralegal for four years prior to becoming an attorney. As an attorney, he has worked on cases involving personal injury, first party insurance claims, criminal matters of all kinds, DUI, divorce, child support, child custody, juvenile matters and probate. Previously, he worked in the field of insurance claims, where he handled litigated tort claims for over 20 years. He is also a proud supporter of the Tennessee Equality Project and the Human Rights Commission, and is a member of the Nashville GLBT Chamber of Commerce.
